Planning and delivering learning activities to cover the customer base through online and face-to-face education
Engaging directly with our customers and end-users to enhance their knowledge of our technology products and drive adoption and usage
Defining customer learning needs and planning and implementing effective training solutions
Contributing to the development and maintenance of digital learning resources including user guides, online learning materials, digital resources
Building effective relationships with individual end-users and key stakeholders
Working with other LexisNexis stakeholders (e.g. sales teams, product teams, content lawyers, editorial, CX, marketing, and UX) to ensure an integrated approach to customer success
Bring meaningful insights from the customer and the market into the business to help improve our product offerings and market knowledge and support the triaging of issue resolution where required
Keeping up to date with changes in markets, customers, competitors and products and adapting training programs and delivery style to reflect technology product and market changes
Ensuring timely completion of all required reporting in defined databases
Requirements
Hold a relevant qualification (in for example Law, Education; Training; Technology, Digital Learning; Instructional Design) with experience in training delivery and customer relationship management
Be able to identify opportunities while building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Be experienced in liaising with others at various organisational levels
Have demonstrable experience of the application of generative ai tools for personal productivity and strong evidence of familiarity with AI concepts or technology products
