Key Account Manager, New Customer Acquisition

Role Overview

• Active acquisition of new customers and development of customer relationships from the first contact
• Identification of needs with new and potential customers
• Establishment and development of new (Key) Accounts
• Analysis of customer requirements as well as preparation and delivery of customer presentations (including on-site)
• Development and implementation of (new) sales approaches
• Participation in the preparation and processing of bids/tenders

Requirements

• Some to several years of experience in a comparable position
• Strong IT affinity and enthusiasm for modern technologies
• High competence in structured, results-oriented communication and the ability to inspire others
• Business-fluent German and very good English skills
• Willingness to travel
• Customer-oriented thinking, negotiation skills, and a confident, engaging demeanor
