Responsible for lead generation, supporting account management, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Managing and maintaining existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers
Proactively reaching out to business contacts by phone based on trade show leads, marketing campaigns, and research on the internet and social networks
Conducting needs analysis and qualifying prospective business customers, and documenting findings in the CRM tool
Strategically growing our business by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones
Presenting our products in customer presentations and at trade shows
Successfully executing sales-promoting activities in coordination with our marketing team and the account manager, including negotiation of terms and pricing
Supporting order processing as needed
Requirements
Business acumen
Enjoyment of sales, basic IT knowledge and affinity for technology
High level of motivation and commitment, and enthusiasm for future-oriented technologies
Highly independent working style as well as strong teamwork skills and smooth cooperation with other departments
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Enjoy talking on the phone and engaging with prospects/customers
Very good German and English language skills
