Lead design initiatives focused on Growth and Product-Led Growth (PLG), contributing to customer acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.
Plan, structure, and execute product experiments to validate hypotheses and generate rapid learnings.
Create intuitive, scalable experiences centered on user pain points, balancing customer needs with business impact.
Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, Marketing, and stakeholders to influence product decisions.
Leverage AI tools in the design process to increase speed, quality, and productivity when building solutions.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer on digital product teams.
Strong UX/UI repertoire, including usability, user journey mapping, experience architecture, and customer-driven decision-making.
Consistent use of AI applied to design work day-to-day, with familiarity in tools such as Claude, Gemini, Figma Make, and Stitch.
Customer-first mindset and solid analytical skills with business-oriented thinking.
Ease collaborating across functions and a pragmatic approach to testing, learning, and iterating quickly.
