Liaise with users to identify system requirements.
Prepare functional and technical specifications for solutions.
Validate development deliverables.
Deliver solutions, projects, and improvements within the specified requirements for the various Business Units.
Complete project closure processes by effectively transitioning solutions to the Operations area, including delivery of documentation, conducting training, and other defined artifacts.
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support during Assisted Operation, and Level 3 support after transition to the Operations area.
Initiate and follow up on procurement of services and equipment.
Carry out measurement processes and record services performed.
Stay up to date with current technologies and technical advancements.
Train users on new systems and features, and provide ongoing support.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or Information Systems.
Knowledge of revenue collection and ticketing concepts, payment arrangements and payment methods, finance, and accounting.
Familiarity with waterfall and agile project management methodologies and tools such as MS Project and Jira.
Microsoft Office Suite.
English: CEFR A2 (Basic).
PMP certification and/or postgraduate degree in Project Management.
Spanish: CEFR B2.
