Manage client relationships across various areas within the retail sector
Identify opportunities for improvement and value creation for clients
Identify expansion opportunities (upsell and cross-sell) within the customer base
Manage a portfolio of clients, monitoring their journey and progress
Record customer interactions in Sense Data, collect feedback, and report insights to the team
Monitor success metrics (engagement, usage, satisfaction, etc.)
Contribute to customer retention and satisfaction
Anticipate risks and take action to retain customers
Monitor the Net Promoter Score (NPS) of assigned clients, analyze satisfaction survey results, and identify trends in customer perception

Previous experience in customer-facing roles
Strong communication skills and ability to deliver training
Sense of priority and strong time management
Organized and disciplined in execution
Ability to quickly learn about the product/service
Analytical ability combined with creativity
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to operate in high-risk scenarios, mediating conflicts
Availability to travel to client sites
Knowledge of retail or related areas: Commercial Intelligence, Trade Marketing, Customer Success (plus)
Knowledge of AI (advantage)
Intermediate or advanced English and/or Spanish (plus)
Experience in B2B SaaS companies (plus)
