Handling oppositions and administrative reviews before the Norwegian Industrial Property Office and EUIPO.
Negotiations and acquisition of domain names.
Assistance in domain name disputes.
Providing strategic advisory services and legal counselling.
Supporting dispute resolution matters.
Requirements
Master of Laws degree (cand.jur.)
Relevant experience within intellectual property law is a significant advantage, whether from the Norwegian Industrial Property Office, KFIR, or an IP law firm.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
A high level of precision and strong communication skills.
A strong interest in the field of IP, with ambitions for professional and personal development.
