Play an integral role in building business strategy on the Live Operations team under the Dasher & Logistics pillar
Focus on opportunities to improve Dasher supply & hours by getting into the weeds and really understanding what's happening on the ground
Develop and test hypotheses and scale that impact through collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and Analytics
Report directly into a Manager or Senior Manager on the Dasher & Logistics team

3-5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, financial services, operations, technology, startups or related experience
Ability to analyze and synthesize data, make informed decisions and balance quantitative measurement with an empathetic, intuition-based mindset
Can crunch data in SQL/excel independently
Love thinking about problems from a first principles approach
Able to communicate complex topics in a clear, concise, and thorough way to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Focus on getting stuff done
Comfortable with ambiguity and the dynamic nature of operations which may require working weekends and holidays
Bachelor's degree in a related field
