Role Overview
- Own the full lifecycle of workplace experience across SF, Montreal, and Hub locations
- Lead the strategy, standards, and delivery of all SF-based events and team onsites
- Own the workplace budget end-to-end — from forecasting and vendor negotiations to real-time spend management
- Define and continuously raise the bar on in-office service standards
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Workplace team
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or office/event program management with progressive responsibility
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-location workplace operations with significant budget ownership
- Strong vendor management and negotiation experience
- Excellent operational execution and project management skills
