Sales employees will concentrate on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits in the field.
When not in the field, they are expected to collaborate with their team from their assigned office location, if available.
Lead and Develop Sales Teams: Direct, supervise, and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and feedback to optimize individual and team performance.
Drive Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business, expand existing accounts, and achieve revenue targets.
Manage Key Client Relationships: Oversee and nurture relationships with key clients, participate in complex negotiations, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Optimize Territory Performance: Allocate and manage sales territories to ensure optimal coverage and maximize business opportunities.
Oversee Team Operations: Execute sales plans, assign tasks, monitor adherence to company policies, and influence hiring and promotional decisions within your team.
Requirements
Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve or exceed targets.
Strategic Sales Planning: Strong skills in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Client Relationship Management: Expertise in building, maintaining, and expanding client relationships.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess performance, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Sales Operations Experience: Familiarity with territory management, resource allocation, and sales plan execution.
