Role Overview
Provide executive administrative support, manage internal operations, and contribute to culture and engagement efforts across the organization
Support the Executive Director of People and Culture through proactive calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and preparation of materials for both internal and external engagements
Manage day-to-day operations that enhance the effectiveness of the People and Culture team, including scheduling, task tracking, and ensuring timely follow-up
Help design and execute culture-building initiatives such as retreats, team-building activities, internal celebrations, and engagement campaigns
Coordinate cross-functional projects, gathering input from stakeholders, and support alignment across teams
Maintain strong internal communication by supporting meetings, sharing timely updates, and managing shared documentation
Requirements
3+ years of experience with logistics planning and administrative support of executive leadership
Strong ability in providing proactive, high-level support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting preparation, travel coordination, and confidential communication
Strong ability in managing logistics and daily operations to boost leadership effectiveness and team productivity.
Skilled in polished internal communication and maintaining aligned, efficient workflows
Skilled in designing initiatives that foster connection and reflect organizational values.
Experienced in planning retreats, team-building events, and cultural celebrations that strengthen engagement and belonging
Strong ability to work across teams and functions to ensure alignment and progress toward shared goals.
Strong skills in coordinating and supporting processes from planning through execution.
