Understanding the skillsets required for our projects and clients and using that knowledge to market map and talent pool potential and future hires for permanent hiring globally
Using LinkedIn, headhunting and screening consultants, engaging them with Efficio and maintaining those relationships through regular content sharing and interaction
Managing the end to end recruitment process of headhunted candidates
Ensuring a smooth candidate experience
Gathering and collating feedback from interviewers in a timely manner
Presenting the business case to our CEO for offer approval and managing the offer process
Successfully onboarding candidates including contract preparation, and ensuring a smooth induction into the company
Managing the Applicant Tracking System and candidate pipelines, ensuring all data is accurately entered and kept up to date at all times
Working closely with staffing, project managers, VP Leads and finance to be able to anticipate changing trends and requirements
Support other recruitment projects and initiatives
Requirements
Well-rounded education. A Bachelors degree is highly desirable
Prior experience with direct recruitment within a recruitment function (either agency, RPO or in-house) essential
Excellent oral and written communication skills
IT literate, proficiency with MS Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Organised with a very strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and independently
Adaptable and able to succeed in a changeable environment
Confident with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships at all levels within the organisation, as well as with candidates
Demonstrable proactive approach, able to work on own initiative, with a can do attitude
Strong interpersonal skills, motivated and positive
