Provide engineering design, analysis, and field support for natural gas transmission pipelines and associated facilities
Oversee third-party engineering firms supporting projects from development through construction, testing, commissioning, and closeout
Coordinate, review, and interpret DCVG/ACVG surveys and support mitigation recommendations
Review and validate as-built drawings, agreement sheets, station drawings, and survey data; ensure completeness of job books, test records, MTRs, and turnover packages
Review and support radiography and other NDE methods (RT, AUT, UT, visual) and resolve construction issues
Support proposal evaluation activities, including technical bid tabulations, clarifications, and development of award recommendations for engineered equipment and services
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline
Minimum 7 years of experience in pipeline engineering, facilities engineering, or pipeline construction support
Working knowledge of natural gas transmission pipelines and station facilities, class location requirements, hydrotesting, welding, NDE, and CP fundamentals
Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and field documentation
Work with construction, operations, and oversee third-party engineering companies
