About this role

Lead the delivery of a new portfolio of Secaro programmes working in supply chain sustainability.
Orchestrate cross-functional teams and drive programme execution.
Ensure successful adoption of Secaro’s solutions.
Develop, operate, and continuously improve a programme designed to help businesses adopt clean, low carbon solutions.
Work closely with Key Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Product teams to deliver seamless, high-quality outcomes for clients.

7+ years’ experience in programme management, preferably in sustainability, energy, or climate-tech.
Prior experience in consulting (strategy, management, or sustainability consulting preferred).
Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programmes
Experience developing learning programmes, guidance materials, or capability building resources
ideally in climate, energy, sustainability, or technology adoption.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Partnerships)
