Planning and managing a portfolio of engineering operational programs
Establishing and maintaining program management processes and standards
Monitoring program progress and performance against objectives
Communicating program status and issues to senior leadership
Managing program budgets and resources

8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with program management methodologies and tools within an engineering environment
