Be responsible for the growth and profitability of direct revenue for hotels and water parks
Act with a strong Revenue Manager perspective, ensuring coherence between price, demand, channels and value proposition
Operate and optimize booking engines (Omnibees, NovaXS or similar)
Define pricing and availability strategies for the direct channel
Manage inventory, rates and restrictions (occupancy, seasonality, events and demand)
Ensure rate parity and competitiveness versus OTAs and other channels
Identify opportunities to increase revenue
Monitor and optimize the full funnel: traffic → search → booking → payment
Implement A/B tests for offers, prices, layouts and flows
Work alongside Technology and Innovation for continuous improvements to the booking engine
Create campaigns with tangible differentiators that increase conversion and average ticket
Direct media investments based on demand, occupancy and daily performance
