As a dedicated GTM Recruiter, you’ll partner closely with the leadership team and broader GTM org and will be responsible for attracting and acquiring top talent for our fastest growing vertical (Provider Partnerships Managers).
This is a high volume, full-cycle recruiting role with total ownership across sourcing, screening, and candidate/pipeline management.
You’ll be directly responsible for growing our national GTM team quickly while maintaining an extremely high bar which will require creative thinking and partnering across the business.
Deliver a great candidate experience that is organized, transparent, and efficient.
Help source and attract great talent through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other creative channels.
Requirements
2+ years of recruiting experience
Experience managing all parts of the recruiting process, from sourcing to scheduling to closing.
Comfort using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to identify and engage candidates.
A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to managing candidates and processes.
Excitement about working in a fast-paced startup where you’ll learn quickly and contribute to meaningful growth.
Interest in developing your recruiting skills and growing your career in Talent Acquisition.
A passion for Nourish’s mission to improve health through better nutrition.
Experience supporting field sales recruiting is a plus but not required.
