Execute on the strategy and vision for a component of Mastery's Transportation Management System
Develop an understanding of Mastery's users and act as an advocate for their needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to align product requirements to client needs and Mastery’s strategic vision
Gather product requirements, prioritize features and backlogs, and improve user experience
Work with engineering team(s) to evaluate, implement, and deliver solutions that solve user challenges
Build and maintain supporting documentation relating to your product(s) and feature(s)
Design metrics for monitoring the success and impact of features.

3+ years of experience in product management, prior Logistics or Supply Chain experience preferred
Experience launching Enterprise B2B SaaS products
CSPO or equivalent certifications preferred
Demonstrated ability to frame and decompose complex problem statements into clear solutions
Compassion and empathy for users and solving their problems
Driven to generate outcomes and iterate to achieve results
Persuasive and able to lead through influence
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Clear passion for technology products and an ability to identify possibilities to innovate in our product space.
