Senior Vice President, Quality and Intelligence

Role Overview

• Design and govern the enterprise training curriculum for all RCM roles
• Build and maintain training pathways for AI tool adoption
• Oversee QA programs for all human work product across service delivery
• Own the analytics infrastructure and reporting function that tracks delivery performance
• Build and lead a high-performing team of directors and individual contributors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, informatics, or a related field preferred
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role (VP or above)
• Deep subject matter expertise in AR management, payer denials, complex claims, or HIM/coding operations
• Proven experience building and scaling QA programs
