Responsible for mapping, reviewing, standardizing and implementing engineering processes focused on the integration and execution of projects, ensuring compliance with standards, contractual requirements and corporate policies.
Lead workshops, audits, performance indicators and continuous improvement initiatives, promoting governance, traceability and multidisciplinary integration across areas such as systems, civil, signaling, telecom, rolling stock, PMO and environment.
Also responsible for supporting change management, disseminating lessons learned, organizing gate reviews and strengthening a lean culture and operational excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Telecommunications or related fields).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Outlook).
Experience with large-scale engineering projects, preferably in the metro/rail or aerospace sectors — including project phases such as design, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, validation and approval.
Knowledge of interface management, requirements traceability, change management and integration processes for large-scale projects (including systems).
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical engineering drawings.
Familiarity with applicable standards, including CENELEC and ISO, and with process development.
Advanced skills in Office and BI tools, process modeling software and other relevant applications.
Strong facilitation and leadership skills for multidisciplinary teams.
Technical risk management.
Postgraduate qualification preferred in Process Management, Project Management or related areas.
