Develop tailored campaign strategies based on our clients' objectives and target audiences
Design creative, on-brand campaigns including content planning, scheduling, and budget management
Select suitable influencers, including briefing, contract negotiation, and long-term relationship management
Manage and coordinate all campaign processes — from planning through successful execution
Analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs and derive and implement appropriate optimization measures
Monitor current social media and influencer trends and integrate innovative platforms and formats
Work closely with internal teams and use resources efficiently to ensure smooth project delivery

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or Communications (or equivalent) and 2–3 years of professional experience in influencer marketing
Solid knowledge of planning, executing, and managing influencer campaigns — including briefings, contract negotiations, timelines, and coordination
Strong command of relevant KPIs, analytical thinking, and the ability to evaluate and optimize campaigns based on data
Experience collaborating with content creators, influencers, and agencies, as well as managing clients and projects
High affinity for social media, enthusiasm for digital trends, and solid knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Strong communication skills, a good sense for audience-appropriate content, and persuasive expression
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; proficient with MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel). Experience with influencer tools (e.g., Storyclash) and Paid Media is a plus.
