Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Siebel CRM, including repository management, automated deployments, and release orchestration.
Support Siebel environment setup, configuration, performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting across development, QA, UAT, and production.
Automate deployment processes for Siebel components such as SRF, workflows, product catalogs, EAI integrations, and Siebel application services.
Manage configuration versioning, branching strategies, and DevOps governance for multi-team delivery environments.
Collaborate with Siebel developers, architects, operations teams, and telecom B/OSS systems (OM, OSM, BRM, middleware) to ensure end-to-end operational stability.
Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions for Siebel application servers, gateway servers, and system integrations.
Troubleshoot environment issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and lead recovery actions for incidents and performance degradations.
Prepare DevOps documentation, deployment guides, environment topology, and operational runbooks.
Requirements
5-8 years of experience in Siebel CRM administration, DevOps, or environment management roles
Telecom domain experience in large-scale B/OSS environments
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or similar
Strong knowledge of Siebel application architecture, servers, components, EAI, workflows, and deployment processes
Experience with scripting languages (Shell, Python, PowerShell) for automation
Familiarity with containerization, virtualization, and cloud environments is a plus
Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and environment-level problem-solving skills.
