Requirements
Native or C2 Hungarian, fluent English (B2+).
3+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 1 years selling SaaS or subscription-based products.
1+ year formally managing at least one direct report on revenue targets.
Comfortable making cold calls, consistently. Not just "open to it".
Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or similar) in your daily sales workflow. We'll ask about this concretely.
Available to work on a B2B freelance agreement.
Direct experience selling to HR, People Ops, or Employee Wellbeing buyers.
Experience selling into healthcare, mental health, or other sensitive / regulated categories.
Experience building a market from scratch (not just inheriting an existing pipeline).
Based in Budapest (we are remote-first, but local presence helps with the Hungarian market).
