Role Overview
Provide support for the company's administrative, financial, and operational routines

Requirements
Previous experience in administrative routines, customer service, or operational support
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to follow up on processes and maintain follow-up with customers and suppliers
Proactive, with initiative to seek information and resolve issues
Strong group communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn
Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
Strong writing skills for frequent communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with technical and operational demands
Interest in learning about technical and business processes
Availability to support administrative and operational activities of the commercial and technical teams
