About this role
Role Overview
Develop and expand partnerships with online casino operators and aggregators
Drive GGR growth and commercial performance across the partner network
Manage the full business development cycle from outreach to signed agreements and launch
Ensure successful partner onboarding, game integration, launch quality, and game visibility
Promote and scale new products across existing and new markets
Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, integration, certification, and account management teams
Requirements
3+ years of experience in iGaming
2+ years of experience specifically within a B2B game provider / content provider environment
Strong understanding of the full provider integration lifecycle: commercial negotiations, certification, integration, launch process, and game positioning
Proven track record of signing and scaling operator partnerships
Excellent negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently with high ownership and minimal supervision
Experience communicating with both operational teams and C-level stakeholders
Strong network within the iGaming industry is a significant advantage
Deep understanding of Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 iGaming markets and regional specifics
