Manage buyers through the full lead-up to completion, acting as their main point of contact and trusted guide.
Communicate construction and site updates clearly and proactively from exchange of contracts through to practical completion.
Liaise daily with mortgage brokers, estate agents and solicitors to keep cases moving and ensure completions take place on time.
Keep all parties, buyers, developers, intermediaries and internal teams aligned and informed at every stage.
Refer buyers to our group partners at the right moments in the journey (Hapi Lettings, furniture packs, and other GetGround Group services).
Handle a varied caseload across multiple developments and developers simultaneously, adapting to each site’s specifics.
Spot risks to completion early, mortgage offer expiries, solicitor delays, snagging issues and resolve them before they escalate.
Maintain accurate records of buyer status, communications and key milestones in our CRM and pipeline trackers.
Champion a smooth developer exit and a five-star buyer experience as the two go hand in hand.
Requirements
2
4+ years experience in sales progression, conveyancing support, new-build property, mortgages or estate agency.
Familiarity with off-plan and new-build completions processes.
Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and case-management tools.
Exposure to buy-to-let or investor-focused property sales.
