Role Overview
- Deliver a portfolio of customer projects across different products, industries, and levels of complexity
- Lead projects end-to-end, from kick-off through launch and enablement
- Own clear project scoping, alignment, and governance
- Track progress, manage risks and dependencies
- Run day-to-day delivery management
- Lead customer conversations with confidence
- Onboard new customers and ensure they are set up for long-term success
- Coordinate project implementation and technical setup
- Develop a strong understanding of how systems integrate
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve Attensi’s project management workflows
Requirements
- Around 3–5 years of experience in project management, consulting, SaaS delivery, or implementation-focused roles
- Experience delivering implementation
- or enablement-heavy projects, ideally in client-facing environments
- Comfortable leading customer discussions and workshops
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects
- Solid business acumen and an understanding of how project outcomes tie to customer value
- Technologically curious and digitally savvy
- Comfortable asking questions, scoping technical needs, and collaborating with technical experts
- Creative, collaborative, and self-starting
- Motivated by growth and continuous learning
