Support the HR Ops team on a daily basis on their legal questions relating to hiring, onboarding, immigration processes, employment relationships, management of performance, offboarding
Review HR legal documentation including employment contract, amendments, termination paperwork, etc.
Take the lead on discussions or negotiations that may have legal implications
Support VP HR in management of collective labor relations with employee representatives
Requirements
2 to 3 years of experience as a Lawyer specializing in labor law, or as an in-house HR Legal Counsel, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment similar to Voodoo
Solid legal skills and reasoning
Autonomous, organized and structured
Demonstrate adaptability, reactivity and pragmatism
Outstanding verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills in French and English
Desire to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
