Senior Lead Full Stack Cloud Software Developer, Technician Experience Platform Development

Role Overview

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end digital services for the Technician Experience Platform
• Build scalable web applications using modern frontend frameworks and best practices
• Develop and evolve backend services and APIs integrating with connected services and enterprise systems
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and service integrations with a production-grade mindset
• Contribute to cloud architecture and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, efficient, and reliable
• Work with CI/CD pipelines to enable frequent and reliable releases
• Collaborate across product, UX, backend, and platform teams to deliver impactful solutions

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer (web + backend)
• Frontend experience with React / Angular / Next.js
• Strong skills in TypeScript / JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Backend development experience (e.g., Node.js or similar technologies) and solid understanding of API design
• Experience with database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub (e.g., GitHub Actions)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and production workloads
• Understanding of secure coding and responsive design
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English
