Own a portfolio of key retail accounts, managing buyer relationships, commercial performance and annual agreements aligned with revenue, margin and visibility targets
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts: assortment expansion, improved shelf positioning, secondary placements and promotional exposure
Prospect and onboard new retail partners, leading the process end-to-end from pitch to operational setup
Build and execute trade marketing plans per account, including promotional calendars, visibility programs and in-store activations
Coordinate materials and displays, monitor merchandising compliance through regular store visits and ensure Fler is always well represented at shelf
Analyse sell-in and sell-out data, stock rotation and promotional uplift to generate actionable insights
Contribute to monthly reporting, forecasting and trade investment planning with an ROI-driven mindset
Align the field sales team on commercial priorities, execution standards and territory targets
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Sales or Key Account management within FMCG, GDO, beauty or personal care
Good understanding of promotional mechanics, retail calendars and trade marketing levers
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills — you can build trust with buyers and put together a compelling pitch
Comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution
Analytical mindset: you know how to read data and turn it into a clear next step
Proactive, collaborative and accountable
you take ownership and follow through
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Availability to travel across the Italian territory for store visits and account meetings
Based in or near Milan, available in office at least 3 days per week
