About this role
Role Overview
You analyze technical faults and resolve hardware and software issues
You configure and commission systems such as WT, UDS or DSRC‑RP
You are responsible for telephone consultation and support for the Kienzle portfolio
You support our B2B customers in 1st‑level support — by phone, e‑mail and remotely via TOPdesk and NetSupport
You conduct online trainings and technical briefings for our customers
You document solutions clearly and in a practice‑oriented manner
You contribute ideas and help us continuously improve our support processes
Requirements
Technical vocational training with a focus on automotive technology, electrical/electronics or IT, or an equivalent qualification
Experience with vehicle electronics, diagnostics and IT systems
Very good German language skills (spoken and written) for customer support and documentation, plus good English skills
Excellent PC and MS Office skills
Structured, independent and solution‑oriented working style
Service orientation and strong communication skills
Valid driver’s license (Class B)
