About this role
Role Overview
Schedule and organize calls with clients and stakeholders via email or phone.
Send one-to-many communications to clients, following guidance from the coordination team.
Call clients who need to change their support channel.
Update contact information in the Gainsight system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
Requirements
Experience in customer service with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines;
Analytical ability to monitor and interpret operational data;
Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
Adaptive communication skills to interact with different customer profiles and internal teams;
Proactivity and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
