Define and manage project scope, establishing assumptions, strategies and a communication plan with stakeholders.
Prepare and standardize technical documentation for procurements and tenders, including Terms of Reference, reference budgets and proposal analyses.
Manage and coordinate stakeholders, acting as the interface with concessionaires, public agencies, partners and designers, ensuring approvals and project alignment.
Perform technical evaluations of projects, guiding third-party firms on technical, economic, operational and contractual solutions.
Manage project contracts, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, cost and quality, including measurements, change orders, supplier assessments and contract closure.
Provide technical support to construction works (ATO), anticipating risks, ensuring project updates and minimizing change orders.
Ensure adherence to governance, compliance and continuous improvement directives, representing the area in strategic initiatives.
Ensure concessionaires’ expectations are met by working collaboratively with internal teams and delivering customer value.
Record and disseminate lessons learned, contributing to knowledge consolidation and continuous improvement of company processes.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management, Project Engineering, Infrastructure or related fields is desirable.
Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
AutoCAD.
MS Project.
BIM.
