- Act as a partner, consultant, and advisor to management
- Develop and drive strategies to recruit talent
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Ensure an impressive candidate experience
- Consult with candidates on navigating the interview process
- Track metrics and use data for strategic analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent
- 5+ years relevant recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare IT
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong ability to effectively manage tasks
- Strong computer proficiency and technical aptitude with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with ATS and HRIS software, preferably with iCims
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task in high volume environments
- Excellent verbal, written, follow-up and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills
