About this role
Role Overview
As an SDR (Sales Development Representative), you will be the entry point for new business.
Help the sales team generate qualified opportunities.
Accelerate the company's growth.
Conduct active prospecting to generate leads.
Qualify leads according to defined criteria.
Schedule meetings for the sales team (closers).
Log all interactions in the CRM in an organized manner.
Follow and improve scripts, cadences, and sales playbooks.
Track performance indicators and pursue continuous improvement.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, sales, call center, or commercial roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication in Portuguese.
Interest in developing knowledge in accounting.
Comfortable speaking on the phone and approaching new contacts daily.
Organized and able to handle a high volume of leads and accurately record them in the CRM.
Previous experience as an SDR, pre-sales, or Inside Sales.
Experience with CRM systems.
Knowledge of the sales funnel, outbound and inbound strategies.
