Keeping account and contact data clean, well-categorised, and ready to kick-start campaigns, combining market insights and intent signals to keep the target market scope dynamic
Building and testing new automated workflows for data enrichment, and documenting them clearly so Sales and BDR teams can adopt them
Supporting CRM field reviews and cleanup
Helping implement tools focused on CRM data quality, setting up tests, defining use cases, and building documentation
Building visibility and reporting on top of our internal dashboards, using AI features to surface insights, flag changes, and accelerate analysis
Building and maintaining documentation across every workflow, which becomes the foundation for training and scaling our internal AI Agents
Partnering with stakeholders across BDRs, Sales, Marketing, Commercial Ops, Business Intelligence, and Product to deliver on shared priorities
Requirements
Background in Business, Sales, Fintech, Economics, or International Business
Fluent in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL or scripting (Python or JavaScript) is a plus
Basic familiarity with a CRM, or willingness to learn fast (training provided)
Analytical mindset and comfort working with messy, real-world B2B data
Fluent in English; French is preferred and any additional language is a plus
Enrolled at a university or institution able to sign an internship agreement (mandatory)
