Lead design, integration, testing, and commissioning of power system applications
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering team members
Define system configurations, workflows, and project requirements
Act as primary technical interface with customers
Drive end-to-end technical delivery for complex projects
Collaborate with Product and Development to resolve issues
Support live systems, including troubleshooting and performance tuning
Contribute to documentation and engineering best practices
Lead business process reviews and solution design sessions

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems, or related field
Strong experience delivering utility applications (e.g., EMS, ADMS, DERMS)
Proven ability to lead complex technical solutioning, mentor engineers, and influence cross-functional teams
Customer-facing experience across project lifecycle
Strong analytical and communication skills
