About this role
Role Overview
Conduct active prospecting for new clients and business opportunities;
Qualify leads and identify customer needs through a consultative approach;
Schedule strategic meetings for the sales team;
Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels;
Enter and update information in the CRM;
Support building the sales pipeline and tracking opportunities;
Apply consultative sales methodologies such as SPIN and BANT;
Participate in events, trade shows, and sales meetings as needed;
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize demand generation;
Develop relationships with customers across various profiles and segments.
Requirements
Fluent Spanish;
Experience in B2B sales;
Hunter profile, with an interest in developing prospecting and negotiation skills;
Basic knowledge of consultative sales methodologies such as SPIN and BANT;
Availability to work in a hybrid model, with in-office presence once per week in São Paulo (SP);
Availability to attend events and occasional travel.
Preferred: Previous experience at technology, SaaS, or digital marketing companies;
Knowledge of Mobile Marketing, CRM, or digital channels;
Experience with CRM and commercial prospecting tools.
