Independently investigate delivery or tracking anomalies within advertising campaign environments (DSP)
Query and manipulate databases to extract the information required to resolve technical incidents
Act as a point of contact to explain and simplify complex technical issues for Media Traders and partner teams
Collaborate on the technical validation of digital advertising formats (Display, Audio, TV — Segmented/Addressable)
Requirements
AdOps / Traffic Management expertise: Solid experience with major programmatic platforms (DSPs) and a strong understanding of the digital advertising market (Video, Audio, Display, Segmented/Addressable TV)
Data & coding proficiency: Mandatory mastery of SQL for database handling. Knowledge or familiarity with Python (back-end/automation) is also required
Diagnostic tools: Comfortable using standard debugging tools (Chrome DevTools, Charles Proxy, etc.)
Languages: Fluent English required (written and spoken)
