About this role
Role Overview
- Manages multiple logistics operations associated with delivery of customer merchandise
- Ensures all deliveries are completed within established timeframes and meet customer expectations
- Travels daily between assigned client retail locations to ensure compliance with RLX standards
- Manages relationships with motor carriers and client representatives at the sites
- Oversees the daily outbound operations of multiple client retail locations
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of last mile distribution, and/or supply chain operations experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Power BI
- Ability to learn new technology/software and processes quickly
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to the workplace and attend client meetings as necessary.
