As Legal Counsel in the Commercial/IP/Litigation team, your role entails acting as a business partner with/for the operation teams to fulfill their business and legal needs with a particular focus on intellectual property matters.
Handle IP protection and infringement matters, such as trademark registrations, copyright and trademark enforcement matters, pre-litigation and litigation in France and abroad.
Assist on a variety of agreements and legal matters across Voodoo’s products and activities, with a particular focus on IP-related provision, licensing, protection and risk management.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve how the legal team supports the business.
You will be a key member of the legal team working hand in hand with the operational teams in a very integrated manner.

One to three years of relevant legal experience, ideally in an IP, litigation, media or tech-focused department of a law firm, or in-house with a tech/advertising company.
Strong knowledge of IP law (copyright, trademarks, designs)
Experience with litigation, particularly IP-related, in France (exposure to EU or US legal systems is a plus)
Demonstrated interest or passion for IP strategy, protection and enforcement
Fluency in English and French required (written and spoken).
