Close collaboration with product development, software development, quality, IT and suppliers
Design, implementation, optimization and stabilization of test processes and test equipment
Technical support for local industrial engineering (IE) and quality teams
Effective rollout of group-wide test standards
Development of automated test solutions
Definition of test specifications

Leadership of cross-functional and cross-site projects
Proactive identification and exploitation of improvement opportunities
Requirements
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science or a comparable technical discipline
Proven professional experience in industrial testing, quality control or diagnostic engineering
Solid expertise in measurement technology, data acquisition and statistical process control
Experience in test automation
Experience with common programming languages (e.g., LabVIEW, Python, C#)
Experience with database systems for test data management
Structured, analytical and goal-oriented working style
Solid project management skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to actively engage sites and stakeholders
Ability to align technical content across functions
High initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%)
Proficient in MS Office
