Requirements
- Proven experience in a Senior HR Business Partner, HR Leader or similar role
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
- Experience driving organisational change and HR transformation
- A solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to navigate complex people challenges
- Excellent leadership skills and a passion for developing others
- Extensive experience in HR business partnering with exposure to complex organisational environments
- Strong knowledge of employment practices, organisation design, talent management and people processes
- Ability to solve difficult people issues across several business areas using analysis and judgement
- Ability to influence senior leaders and gain support for new concepts and practices
- Strong communication skills with the ability to brief senior leadership
- Experience leading large teams of experienced professionals
- Proven ability to drive significant improvements to HR processes and systems
- Education in HR, business or a related field, supported by significant experience.
