About this role
Role Overview
Build and develop strong, trusted relationships with assigned existing and prospective clients
Actively manage contract renewals, anticipating client needs to ensure continuity and sustainable growth
Identify and pursue sales opportunities to drive revenue growth within existing accounts
Conduct regular on-site visits to clients to better understand their needs, strengthen relationships and propose tailored solutions
Design and present customized commercial proposals, negotiate change requests and close upsell opportunities
Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Billing, Accounting) to ensure effective follow-up on purchase orders and contractual matters
Lead strategic discussions to recommend the tools and services best suited to maximize customer value
Provide relevant analysis and feedback on client accounts to optimize commercial activities
Deliver regular, accurate reporting on sales performance and account developments
Requirements
Proven track record with more than 3 years’ experience in business development or account management in a B2B environment
Expertise in consultative selling, able to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Excellent influencing skills and team leadership to build strong relationships and lead effectively
Strong financial acumen, including forecasting and developing strategic plans to grow accounts
High commercial awareness with a deep understanding of market dynamics and client priorities
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to align objectives and achieve shared outcomes
Energetic and agile, able to adapt quickly in a highly regulated environment
Commitment to continuous improvement and learning to remain effective in a competitive market
