Requirements
Completed degree or vocational training in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, facility management, or similar).
Minimum 2 years' experience in office administration, operations, or a comparable role — you know how to keep daily operations running.
Exposure to occupational health & safety, or a strong willingness to take on this responsibility — we will support you with certification and training.
Organized, proactive, and hands-on — you notice what needs doing and take care of it, whether it's a broken coffee machine or a blocked fire exit.
Meticulous and reliable, especially regarding documentation and maintaining up-to-date records.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong communication skills in both English and German — German is essential for liaising with local authorities and handling safety regulations.
