Senior Paralegal

Role Overview

• Managing licensing processes.
• Drafting legal documents and templates, managing document templates and corporate legal records.
• Performing records and legal research and preparing correspondence under general supervision.
• Identifying, reviewing, and interpreting legislation and regulatory environment changes impacting Navitus.
• Providing support and analysis related to interpretation and adoption of policies, processes, and procedures related to applicable regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• A paralegal educational certificate is preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant corporate paralegal experience with a governmental agency, law firm and/or in-house legal department required.
• Ability to type with speed and accuracy required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
