Role Overview

- Performing admission and ongoing evaluations of residents every 6 months
- Manage all appropriate state regulations and auditing for compliance
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
- CDP required prior to or upon hire within 90 days
- Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- Ability to manage revenue and financials
