About this role
Role Overview
Monitor campaign KPIs daily (CPA, CAC, ROAS, impressions, clicks) and recommend tactical adjustments to optimize results.
Create detailed reports with actionable insights, presenting key findings and recommendations to media and management teams.
Execute A/B tests covering creatives, audiences, and bids to validate hypotheses and improve campaign performance.
Proactively collaborate with the Web Analytics team to ensure data integrity and correct attribution of results.
Propose and implement continuous optimizations for digital media campaigns, consistently seeking improved efficiency and achievement of objectives.
Requirements
Proven experience managing online media, with work on channels such as Google and Meta, in both advertiser and agency environments.
Proficiency in report creation, with the ability to turn data into strategic insights.
Advanced Excel skills, including the use of functions and tools for data analysis and manipulation.
Analytical, data-driven mindset with a strong results orientation and data-based decision-making.
Strong team collaboration skills, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other digital media platforms (preferred).
