Extract, clean and consolidate collections and billing data from the Data Lakehouse (Raw, Replicated and Refined layers).
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries (BigQuery) to generate analytical datasets, settlement scenarios and monitor customer balances.
Build, update and evolve dashboards in Power BI (or Looker Studio) directly connected to modern data sources.
Monitor and propose improvements to metrics related to delinquency, recovery, aging, collections, billing journey, agreements and payment methods.
Support the creation of analytical datasets for ad-hoc studies (e.g., portfolio eligibility for discount offers based on aging and cross-referencing balances/accumulated credits).

Advanced SQL for BigQuery (GCP), with strong command of complex constructs: joins, subqueries, CTEs (WITH), window functions (SUM OVER, LAG, LEAD, ROW_NUMBER) and tie-breaker clauses (QUALIFY).
Knowledge of modern data architecture (Data Lakes, cloud storage/buckets, partitioned tables).
Intermediate to advanced Power BI skills (data modeling, DAX measures and performance best practices).
Strong analytical ability to correlate different operational journeys (e.g., how a billing delay impacts the collection curve and delinquency).
Certifications: GCP certification desirable.
Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or related fields preferred.
