Role Overview
Identify and qualify new business opportunities across the EMEA commercial segment, working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams.
Build and run outbound campaigns end-to-end, from idea to qualified meeting
Engage decision-makers across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video
Partner closely with AEs and Marketing, you’re a connector, not just a top-of-funnel rep
Keep Salesforce clean and your pipeline tighter, process matters here
Utilise AI to boost productivity, work at pace and personalise your messaging
Invest in your own development, your manager will meet you where you are and help you get to what’s next
Requirements
Some experience in a customer-facing or sales role — internships, retail, or hospitality count if you can show you know how to build rapport and drive outcomes
A hunter mentality, you’re not waiting to be handed leads, you go and find them
High coachability, you take feedback well, apply it fast, and ask for more
Strong communicator, clear and confident in writing and on a call
Genuine curiosity about technology
you don’t need to be an engineer, but you want to understand what Kong does and why it matters
Languages: Fluency in German is essential.
